We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own ArviK's payment and payout infrastructure — from payment gateway integrations to weekly creator settlement flows. You'll work directly with the CTO and handle systems that process crores of rupees daily.

• Design and build payment processing systems — UPI, card, wallet integrations
• Own the weekly payout engine that settles funds to 50,000+ creators
• Build fraud detection and risk management systems
• Ensure RBI compliance and PCI-DSS standards across all payment flows
• Architect for scale — our transaction volume is growing 40% month-over-month

• 4+ years backend engineering experience (Python/FastAPI or Go preferred)
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
• Strong understanding of financial systems, reconciliation, and settlement flows
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis at scale
• Passion for fintech and the Indian payment ecosystem

The ArviK app is the primary interface for most of our creators. You'll own the mobile experience — from creator onboarding to order management to real-time analytics. This is a high-ownership role for a mobile engineer who cares deeply about performance and UX.

• Build and maintain the ArviK mobile app (React Native, iOS + Android)
• Own the creator dashboard, product management, and payout views
• Optimise app performance for low-end Android devices (our creators use ₹8,000 phones)
• Integrate with our backend APIs and real-time WebSocket feeds
• Ship fast — we do weekly app releases

• 3+ years React Native experience with apps on both stores
• Strong understanding of Android optimisation for low-RAM devices
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and offline-first patterns
• Familiarity with Redux/Zustand and REST API integration

You'll build the AI features that make ArviK magical — from product description generation to smart pricing to multilingual translation. You'll own the end-to-end pipeline from model selection to production deployment.

• Build and productionise LLM-powered product description and SEO generation
• Develop the smart pricing recommendation engine using marketplace data
• Build multilingual translation pipelines for 10 Indian languages
• Own the fraud detection ML model and retrain it on new data
• Evaluate and integrate new models as the AI space evolves rapidly

• 3+ years ML engineering experience — not just research
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience deploying models to production
• Understanding of Indian language NLP is a big plus

You'll own the entire creator-facing design system at ArviK — from onboarding flows to product dashboards to mobile screens. Our creators range from 18-year-old Instagram creators to 50-year-old artisan sellers — your designs need to work for everyone.

• Design and iterate on the creator onboarding, store builder, and product listing flows
• Own the ArviK design system — components, tokens, documentation
• Conduct user research with real creators across India
• Collaborate directly with engineers to implement designs precisely
• Make complex financial and logistics features feel simple and beautiful

• 4+ years product design experience for consumer mobile apps
• Expert-level Figma skills with component-based design systems

We need a data-driven growth manager who can take us from 50,000 creators to 500,000. You'll own creator acquisition across performance marketing, creator partnerships, referral programmes, and community-led growth.

• Own the creator acquisition funnel — from awareness to first product listing
• Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) for creator signup
• Build and scale a creator referral programme
• Identify and onboard high-follower creators as ArviK brand ambassadors
• Analyse cohort data and optimise creator activation and retention

• 3+ years growth/performance marketing experience at a consumer startup
• Strong analytical skills — SQL and Excel/Sheets proficiency
• Deep familiarity with the Indian creator/influencer ecosystem
• Experience running Meta Ads and Google UAC campaigns

You'll manage and expand ArviK's courier partner network, negotiate rates, handle escalations, and ensure our delivery SLAs are consistently met. The logistics experience our creators and buyers have is your direct responsibility.

• Manage relationships with ArviK's 5 existing courier partners

You'll build ArviK's content presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — documenting creator success stories, producing educational content for new creators, and growing our community. You'll be the voice of ArviK to the creator world.
