No, you do not need a GST number to start selling on ArviK Media. Individual creators below the GST threshold can sell freely. If you are a registered business or exceed the threshold, you can add your GSTIN to your profile for automatic invoice generation.
When a buyer completes payment, our system automatically sends them a download link via email and inside their ArviK account. The link is available immediately — no manual action required from the creator. Downloads are stored securely and accessible forever.
Refund requests are reviewed by our support team within 24 hours. If the request is valid (product not as described, delivery failed, etc.), the refund is processed and deducted from the creator's next payout. Creators can view and respond to refund requests in their dashboard.
Yes. ArviK works for creators across all 28 Indian states. Digital products can be sold from anywhere with internet access. For physical products, our courier network covers 28,000+ pin codes across India including tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
Unlimited. There is no cap on the number of digital or physical products you can list on ArviK Media. List 1 product or 10,000 products — the platform cost is exactly the same: zero listing fees.
Absolutely. Your buyer's name, email, phone, and purchase data belong to you and only you. ArviK never sells this data, never shares it with third parties, and never uses it to show competitor ads. Your customer list is private by default.
ArviK supports all major file types including PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, EPUB, MOBI, and more. Maximum file size is 2GB per product. For larger files, you can use a link-delivery method where the buyer receives a private access link.
